2024 Workshops & Kits - Our Shop
We have three kind of workshop (plus guest events)
Perfume Making
Saturdays 1 to 5p.m. (or 6 if you need longer) sessions for an introduction to perfumery. These are the ones to come to for an afternoon of fragrance making.
Brick Walls & Flaming Hoops
Tuesdays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. professional workshops for people making perfume to sell. We cover perfume safety and manufacturing regulations and techniques.
Five Day Making Courses
We've released our Scent School dates for for 2024. These are five day workshops for people with a serious interest in perfume.
We shall be adding short workshops for London Craft Week 13 - 19 May 2024, incliding workshops at the Barnes Fragrance Fair on Saturday 18th and plans to travel more outside London in the future.

In 2019 I set up a Patron community: Scenthusiasm Scent School. It's a monthly subscription (or you can book for a year and get a discount).
It is for everyone who would love to learn more about perfume making with monthly assignments, Zoom Q&A sessions and regular posts on perfume making. I'd been asked for several years if I could put our classes online, for everyone who wasn't able to travel to West London and this was a good way to do it. Now there is a library of formulas, films and discussions already in place for everyone who signs up.
Perfume making starts at £10 + VAT per month for Maker Level 1 because I really want to share our combined knowledge as widely as possible. I would rather have 100 interested people paying £120 a year, than 10 people paying £1200 a year to join in.
Maker Level 2 includes more Zooms and additional formulas.
Maker Level 3 is for people who intend to do this professionally.
Perfume can be all too "exclusive", and excluding people is nothing to be proud of (I.M.H.O.) so I'm making it as inclusive as I can manage.
Our Patreon is for people who would like to join a worldwide sccent making collective, to practise making fragrances, discuss and share ideas, formulas and materials. There are options for people who want to make their own fragrances, have our new fragrances sent to them, and both those things.
The community already includes indie perfumers who already have their own brands, totally beginners, and everyone in between, plus vloggers and bloggers who want to know more and people who're just interested in perfume making and like to be part of it.
I have an arrangement with patrons so they can buy my materials if they like, and there are discounts for events and classes. If you're interested, please click the red Patreon button. The more people we have, the more time I can spend on it.
